In your 60 minute session -

We'll identify inefficiencies, highlight injury risks and use movement drills to improve your posture, stride length, frequency and reaction time off the floor to help you run faster, more efficiently, and with greater confidence. We will follow up the session with a summary email, any videos and advice so that you can continue improving in your own time as well.
