Unlock your full potential with a tailored strength and conditioning plan. Our consultation uses a data-driven needs assessment to understand your specific requirements as an athlete. We’ll then design a program to enhance your quality of movement, strength and speed which gives you a powerful foundation that translates directly to your sport.

In your 60 minute appointment

We will start by discussing your goals, timeline expectations, training history, and any other support that you currently have or are looking into. This helps us understand where we fit into your vision.

Following this we will take you through a movement screening and some physical testing to establish your starting point. You do not need a previous training history or any special skills for this.

At the end we will give you our initial thoughts and recommendations before sending you a detailed summary and plan of action.
