How it works

Following an S&C consultation, we will have created your training programme. Your programme will be accessible via our training app, and you will complete sessions independently at your gym, and with your coach in our Waterbeach Clinic.

Alternatively, we also offer “technical sessions” where you can book in for some specific advice on an area of training; weightlifting, plyometrics/jumping, sprinting and running.
