  • Athlete Centered and Coach-Led. Meaning that we listen so that we can educate.

  • Meet the athlete where they are at. Every athlete is at a different stage of life and sport, we coach the person in-front of us.

  • Collaboration not competition. We proactively work with others for the benefit of the athlete.

Meet Jordan, Director of Strength & Conditioning

"I played a variety of sports growing up, including football in Cambridge Utd and Norwich City development programmes, swam in galas, and competed Jiu-Jitsu tournaments. Injuries turned a passion for weightlifting into competitive powerlifting at a national standard. Wanting to better my own training, I became fascinated with the American sports system which led me to study Strength and Conditioning.

After several years of coaching for CSPG, I now lead the Strength, Speed & Conditioning. My experience comes from a variety of different demographics and environments from on pitch speed delivery for semi-professional rugby and football players all the way down to grassroots, in house strength training for university of Cambridge college rowing to the delivery of a long-term athletic development program within City of Cambridge Swim Club’s performance squads.

In addition supporting clubs and building our talent pathway, I also take on personal clients for consult and on-going support.

    60 minute appointment £110

    Includes:

    Training and medical history, Short and Long Term Goals, Movement Screening, Athletic Testing, Training recommendations.

    Potential Outcomes:

    1. Progress onto one of our Athlete Programmes

    2. Receive professional summary of the appointment, and recommended plan of action.

  • Consult Online

    45-60 minute £110

    Includes:

    A 45-60 minute video call where we will discuss your goals, training history, current situation & environment, review any video and training data. We will then advise on what we believe the steps to achieving your goal need to be, and how we may be able to help.

    Potential outcomes:

    1. Progress onto one of our Athlete Programmes

    2. Receive professional summary of the appointment, and recommended plan of action.

  • Technical Session

    60 minute appointment | £85

    This is a coached session that can be used to review and improve:

    Sprinting, Change of Direction, or Endurance Running Technique

    Weight lifting and any gym based training

    Plyometrics and jump training

    Or anything else that you want help with

Athlete Programmes

After an initial consultation, you will be offered one of the Athlete Programme below:

Full Coaching

A fully managed training programme with a hybrid approach of coached and independent sessions. You will receive a bespoke training programme designed to for your needs, and compliment your current training & competition schedule. You will benefit from responsive coach communication to make adjustments as needed, and collaborate with the rest of your support team.

Online Athlete

As an online athlete, we will use the latest in video analysis to complete your athletic assessment, and design your personal training programme. Your sessions will be delivered direct to your device with video demonstrations and instruction. Completing training in your own time, your coach will have open communication with you and the rest of your support team. You benefit from regular check in video calls to review session feedback, training footage, and understand the next training cycle.

Online Squad

Joining an online squad you will benefit from a sports specific programme tailored to the UK competition calendar. Each of our online squads have beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels which you will be assigned to based on your training age and history. Your coach will monitor feedback via short questionnaires, you will also be able to directly message your coach questions about training.
